I am a licensed psychotherapist and developmental psychologist working with adults and adolescents who struggle with a range of conflicts that are currently impacting their life. In addition, I provide support to parents of adolescents who are struggling in their relationship with their child or want to better understand how to meet their child's developmental needs.

I have a PhD in Developmental Psychology and masters degrees in both Social Work and Psychology. In addition to my therapy practice, I give professional workshops and trainings related to clinical practice, risk-taking, toxic relationships and adolescent development. I have also published journal articles in peer reviewed journals. Currently, I teach psychology courses to undergraduate and masters students.

My philosophy is that any work done with clients should be a collaborative process. Although I bring a set of skills, knowledge and expertise, so do my clients. Utilizing a strengths-based approach to my work, I support clients in achieving their goals by helping them to identify and build upon their strengths and skills.
